United Kingdom:
All Order will be proceeded in the next working day. Please allow an extra day for any orders made on a Sunday or any UK Bank Holiday.
United States:
We need 3-5 business days to process for all order to United States
Delivery Time
UK Delivery:
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to anywhere in the UK. All orders will be dispatched with EVRI or DPD Next day Delivery which will take approx. 1-2 working days.
United States Delivery:
For Shipment to United States, we offer standard delivery (10-15 working days) at $0.99 per order the package will be sent via DPD courier or USPS shipment.
Note: Please allow an extra working day for any deliveries made over the UK bank holidays or Sunday as the postal services may not be open. For any reason, Delivery times can vary but should not take longer than 3 weeks for United States orders. Please contact us by email vipservices@dkityhe.com if you have not received your parcel by this day.
Customs payment & Brexit
Please note that buyer dont need pay any import duties, taxes.
Following the UK leaving the EU on 1st January 2021 (BREXIT), there have been some changes to customs and duty charges for EU customers. Tax and import duty varies from country to country so we recommend you check first with your local tax office to see if any fees will be payable.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any item purchased at Full Price. All Sale items will only be eligible for store credit. The store credit must be redeemed within 90 Days of Return processed. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
